I have no idea what I am doing! I am a new knitter and wanted to make the 5 Hour Baby Sweater. I just can't figure it out! I've tried so many times and just about gave up. So in the meantime, I found this 5 Hour Baby Boy Sweater by O' Gail Bable - just as precious! So this is what I am working on. I have NO IDEA what I am doing, but I'm doing it! Or doing something! hahaha It says to slip stitch the sleeves together - I know how to sl st in crochet! But in knitting? Well, I just grabbed my ole' crochet hook and sl st'd that sleeve closed! Then went on with the pattern - no idea if that is what you are to do but I did it! Looks good! Just have to figure out the rest of the pattern. This has taken me several days to work on - here and there. Would love to get it figured out so I can make the twins matching sweaters!

More Crochet Stuff!
Just a few of the Valentine's Day blankets I made for my charity, HeartFelt Angels. We were short blankets and I got busy! We made our goal and had extra!

Slippers for a friend who placed an order for them.

What will I work on next????

Crochet Beret
I am so excited over my new hat pattern I designed! It's a crocheted V-stitch Beret. The rose can be left on or off OR changed to another color rose. I am having so much fun making these hats!

My Recently Finished and WIP Projects
I just love making these keyhole scarves too! They are fun to make. And so warm! The original pattern called for a shorter scarf. I extended the pattern to make it alittle bit longer.

This is a Newborn Cocoon Ripple stitch with hat. These are fun to work on and not long to make. Will be so nice for Valentine's Day!

This is a Preemie Cocoon Ripple stitch with hat. It's was fun to work with too! Almost finished, have 2 more rows to add and finish in the ends. Will be cute for Valentine's Day!

I just love this little Heart Afghan for a newborn baby. It is so pretty and fun to work on. Takes some concentration, but turns out so beautiful!

This blanket was made from the Twin Stitch pattern from God's Tiny Angels. Such a cute and easy pattern. Works up quick!

These are the cutest little keychains I have ever seen or made! A friend gave me the pattern. I am taking orders for these and they are selling like hotcakes! If you want one or more, please let me know!

I'm Still Crocheting...
It has been a busy and very difficult few months for me and my family. But I am still crocheting when I can or want to. This is a shawl I made for my Mom before she went into the hospital on December 3, 2010. Her favorite color - purple - and I added a small crocheted heart to the front bottom edge.

While she was in the hospital for 5 1/2 weeks and then transferred to a rehab center, these are what I have been working on. SLIPPERS!!! Something quick and easy to carry to work on. Too much stress to work on something with details or counting. I'm up to 18 pairs to date! I made them in 3 sizes for adults, small adults/teens and kids. Next - trying to decide where all these are going to???

Baby things :)
Crocheted this afghan, hat, and booties set as a gift for a friend. The afghan is the Quick Stitch Preemie Afghan pattern. I chained 91, 29 shells across, and made 71 rows, then added the border around the entire afghan to make it newborn size. She just loved the colors! It was a varigated light blue, green, and white. It came in a pounder bag from A.C. Moore back in the day. It turned out prettier than I thought it would be!
